We bought a car 7 months ago and the car is driving like a dream. Khaled was very professional and friendly and there was no pressure to buy. He was very informative and provided a lot of information on the cars that were available within our budget. In the end we took his advice and bought the Honda Jazz which was the best decision for our family. Highly recommend, friendly, professional and all cars were immaculate and RAC approved.

This is the second car I have purchased over the years from this trader. Both occasion it run very smoothly. Unfortunately there was no Handbook with the car, and had to return for the spare key. To be honest not much of a problem.

I've previously had a bad experience buying a second hand vehicle and was sceptical about doing it again but from the moment i spoke to this garage and the discussions we had, i felt very comfortable. The price was confirmed, and deposit paid. I made my way there today and met Amir the son of the owner to take delivery. He was knowledgeable, polite and is a credit to his father. They are registered with RAC which provides 3 months warranty which they kindly extended to 6 months without me asking and gave me a great overview of the vehicle. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking at vehicles.

I have comparatively little knowledge of buying cars and am always concerned about overpaying or buying a car which turns out to have faults. Hence I shop with caution and look for dealers with excellent reviews. I wanted a particular make and model of car, and found one at Key Auto. The reviews were impressive and hence I called. Every aspect of the interactions I had were extremely positive. This is a family run firm. The owners are nice, genuine people and I felt at total ease dealing with them. Even with the current restrictions regarding purchasing, I feel very confident that I have bought a good car at a good price, and that if I do experience any problems I have the reassurance of an RAC warranty from an RAC dealer. Looking for a Honda Jazz I came across Key Auto Trade. The car was under a year old, very low mileage and described 'like a new car' and that is exactly what it turned out to be. No dissappointments at all and it was available at a good price. The video sent to me was excellent and all the photos I asked for arrived quickly. I had never purchased a car online before and arrangements were straightforward and the car was delivered over 150 miles the morning after I had made payment! Most impressed. I was shopping for a small car suitable for my teenage daughter. I wanted a vehicle that felt safe and that wasn’t on its last legs as it will be passed and shared between all 3 of my children as they each go through their tests. Key Autos was the last place I looked and they had a little VW UP! I didn’t even know there was a dealership down there! The car was everything we wanted and drove beautifully. The owner was attentive and not at all pushy. He was very friendly and it felt like a personal service as opposed to salesman’s banter. I was told about the previous owner without me having to ask which I found reassuring that the car had been looked after. I contacted Key Auto Trade of Ashford by email. They promptly replied. I requested a personal video of the BMW 1 Series I was interested in buying and the owner sent me a 3 minute video within an hour. I completed the finance application via their website and was given a decision within minutes. I felt so overwhelmed, I had to slow things down. I read the reviews and made my purchase the next day. I was delighted to be able to sign the finance solo which enabled me to select delivery for a reasonable price considering I am 188 miles away. The car arrived promptly and I was absolutely over the moon with the condition, with the free warranty and even provided a certificate of RAC BuySure preparation list.
